- Backpack / Luggage for gear and clothing (duh!)
- Hat - We prefer you wear a helmet which you can rent from the ski rental office.
- Water proof Gloves/Mittens - It gets colder the higher you go. Hand warmer packs are cheap and finger savers ;)
- Goggles/Sunglasses - Should be required. Ever had sunburned eyeballs?
- Jacket/Parka (Water resistant is preferable)
- Synthetic or wool base layers for top & bottom - Cotton is bad. Holds moisture and you get colder. sweats = bad!
- Snow pants - Even if you don't plan on falling down a wet rear end makes for a miserable day.
- Warm, dry socks - Don't wear 3 pairs of socks thinking you will be warmer. You may actually constrict blood flow and be colder.
- Sunscreen - SPF 15 or higher unless you like racoon eyes.
- Lip Balm (SPF+)
- ID, Wallet, Cash
- Extra Clothes, Shoes.
- Water - stay hydrated!
- Equipment - You can also rent it from us if you don't have any.
- Leave the IPOD at the house! No headphones or earbuds allowed on the mountain!
- Good attitude!
